Is an Ottawa-born tattoo artist and the co-owner of 3 Round Tattoo. Known for a clean, illustrative realism style, built on bold line work, controlled stipple shading, and thoughtful composition. He’s been drawing since childhood, but things really clicked in 2005 when graffiti pulled him into a more serious artistic path. Those years painting walls, showing work, and selling canvases gave him a sharp sense of flow and contrast that still shows up in his tattoos today.
He started tattooing in 2008 through his first apprenticeship in Ottawa, later leveling up under a stronger mentorship in 2014. After more than a decade of refining his craft, Chris opened 3 Round Tattoo with friends in September 2020—an open, welcoming shop built around collaboration, honest communication, and steady technical work. Outside the studio, Chris is a dad, he enjoys time at the cottage and disc golfing with friends. Chris is a lifelong art nerd who’s never stopped pushing to make each piece cleaner, and more intentional than the last.
